Pure-Flush Rentals provides portable restroom rental services. All rentals are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Standard rental periods begin upon delivery and end upon pickup. Delivery and pickup times are estimates. You must provide clear access to the delivery location. Additional fees apply for difficult access or failed delivery attempts.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring proper use of equipment, and preventing damage or theft. Misuse, vandalism, or excessive cleaning requirements will result in additional charges.
Pure-Flush Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid. You assume responsibility for injuries or damages occurring during the rental period.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery may incur fees. Emergency cancellations will be evaluated case-by-case.
